Neet UX researchers monitor and control all study equipment and RV systems from the RV Command Center. Internet down? They'll handle it. Tire pressure too low or shower too cold? They'll fix those, too.

A scrum team reacts with joy and relief while watching a user successfully complete an online checkout process. This surprisingly spacious observation room features a large flat screen, soundproofing and an all-stainless kitchen.
